All-Eastern and All-National

If anybody knows where I could get an applicaton for All-Eastern would you let me know.If anybody knows when and where the next competiton will be held that would be greatly much appreciated.
I've heard of All-Nationals but don't know much about it, if anyone could tell me info that would be great!

I applied for All Easterns last year through my band director at school, my twin sister got accepted and tells me in 2003 (it's only every other year) it's in in maryland or something....she's not so sure. but all nationals is in 2002....that's about all i know. that is also through your band director i believe. (this is the hs level?)

What is this All-Nationals? I'm from Texas so i'm sure that All-Eastern wouldn't apply here. Even if i was still in high school.
