Heat will cause plastic to expand in all directions, so keywork can become loose between pillars and point screws.
Similarly in the cold, plastic will shrink in all directions, so keywork can bind up solid if not enough end play is made between the ends of keys and pillars/point screws. Longer keys need more end play than shorter keys.
But why you'd want to leave any clarinet in a hot car in summer (or a cold car in winter) is anyone's guess.
