Top high C - the usual fingering is xoo|xoo and either the RH F/C or F#/C# key whichever gives the best response.

I usually open the throat G# key too if the pitch is low.

The throat A key can help the high C .
The throat G# helps the B a semitone below too.

The above lists 13 fingerings for C7, and the chart goes to up to A7. The fingering for C7 that others have posted speaks quite easily.
