 Clarinet Spa Treatment

My 15+ year old prestige Buffet is in need of some TLC. She still plays beautifully, but needs to be professionally overhauled and looked over. (Wouldn't mind having some keys replated with silver, but not a deal breaker.)
Who do you guys recommended and what modifications can you suggest for improvements? Who's done great work for you?
The instrument has been fantastic and I'm willing to invest some money in her.
