Unknown Penzel-Mueller Clarinet

I won an auction for a PM Bb clarinet & it arrived today. I can't figure out where it fits in their model lineup or history.

It appears to be hard rubber or plastic. Penzel-Mueller New York engraved on the lower joint and bell.

No serial numbers that I can find, no model name.

Any thoughts?
