Has anyone ever done business with this Co.? They seem to have high standards and a competent, experienced staff (at least their advertising indicates as much).

I haven't done business with them for several years, but when I did I found them to be quite personal and consumer friendly.

Their prices are rather on the high side, perhaps this pays for quality staff?
They are also inflexible on pricing, not my sort of vendor.
Then again, they have managed to stay in business a LONG time, so they're doing something well.
Lars Kimser is another purveyor to consider (similar, reasonable return policy).
