They are not available yet. I was one of the Silverstein artists sent samples to provide feedback on. I'm quite looking forward to the finished product.

Gotta love their marketing. If you play a reed with a profound core, you'll never sound frivolous again! You can subscribe instead of simply buying some reeds, and receive--what, Reeds as a Service (RaaS)? Still, they're probably pretty good. Any idea who their German manufacturer is? They don't look like Steuers, so maybe AW? Leuthner and Pilgerstorfer are Austrian.

I've been unable to order. No matter what combination I try, it says unavailable choose a different combination.

The ALTA Silverstein reeds are officially on the market. I for one, have optimistic thoughts for these reeds. I have bought 1 box of size 3 reeds, and unfortunately they were too soft. I play on a d'Addario reserve classic 3+ and a Legere European Signature 4 1/4 and 4 1/2 if that helps anyone. I ordered another box of 3.5 that should be arriving in the mail in a couple of days. So I will hopefully be able to comment on the reeds in a couple days. But what I experienced from the 3s even being too soft was enough to convince me to try the 3.5s.

P.S. If you are going to lay down the cash for a box of these and you are not one hundred percent sure about the strength buy the sample pack. You get a couple reeds of strengths from 3-4 and from what I have noticed is these reeds are pretty consistent. So you should get a reliable take from the strengths you end up liking.

Good and consistent reeds, just wished that they last longer like the vandorens and leuthners. Bit too soft so you may need to go a size higher.
