The Joseph Friedrich Hummel 2nd Concerto in f minor is actually pretty cool, even though you never hear it. Breitkopf & Haertel published the piano reduction in 1976, and I haven't found or heard of another edition. They publish the score and parts for the 1st Concerto, but not the 2nd. I emailed their archives about it, and they said they had "no information."
Has anyone heard of a possible location of the manuscript for this, or some archive in Germany for old editions? He died in 1919, and was the first director of the Mozarteum, living a long time in Salzburg, so it's possible it might be there if there's some kind of repository. He wrote an opera called "Der Vampyr," so I guess there's an off chance he's still around somewhere, maybe on this very board! Thanks for any information anyone might have!

I can't answer your question specifically but I do know someone who might be able to. I'll drop them an email.
I have both the concertos in the piano reduction and I agree they are interesting works. Would be very curious to hear or indeed play with full orchestra.
