Hi all.
Years ago, Shirley played an Schewenk & Seggelke clarinet (model 1000, she is featured in S & S web). Here is a recording:

But recently, there are some pics of herself in her official web page, like this
http://www.shirleybrill.com/en/press-1/
or this recording
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xQ_XZkbx68
looking like she is using a ¿Buffet prestige clarinet with an ad-hoc low correction key?
Has anyone got more info on this?

A couple of years ago I sent Shirley Brill an e-mail to ask what ligature and mouthpiece she used. She replied quickly and courteously that she used a German GF composite material ligature, and a Vandoren B40 mouthpiece, as I recall. At the time she was still playing the S & S 1000 Boehm system clarinet.
Why not go to her website and write an e-mail inquiry directly? She will probably tell you.

Thx seabreeze,
I wouldn't want to disturb her, but after your experience maybe I dare to.

Looks like she still uses Schewenk & Seggelke Model 1000 grenadilla for Bb, at least on her most recent recordings on youtube.
