 La Monte Paris

So I have this latest addition to my addiction. It is a La Monte Paris. I thought it was a Model 1 from the description on the auction site, but it is made of plastic.

Only info I can find are about ones made of wood.

Anyone have any info on these?

It needs some work but I'm trying to decide how much to put into it. Pads and Cork, and time..
