The Clarinet Jobs Facebook page relates an audition for an opening with the Glimmerglass Festival Orchestra.
https://glimmerglass.org/company/auditions/orchestra-auditions/
They perform operas, so the audition packet includes operatic excerpts. Those look interesting and challenging, like the articulation in the Bartered Bride (4 notes per beat @ 152 bpm). See the packet pdf.
There's a number of editions of orchestral excerpts for clarinet available, but the ones I've seen don't include operatic excerpts. Are there some that do?

There are tons of excerpts from opera overtures, which are also played in concert, in the old International series, and a whole volume of Wagner excerpts, mostly operatic, also in the International series. But the full parts for a great many public domain operas (including The Bartered Bride and the other three overtures on their list) - probably anything popular enough to show up in an excerpt book - are available online at IMSLP. Given the availability of complete parts, I'm not sure what today's value is for players or profitability for publishers in printed collections of excerpts.

The Opera Clarinetist-Excerpts from the Operatic Literature compiled by Ben Armato and published by Carl Fischer. It appears to be out of print but you might find it in a library.

Just click the "Music & Books" beige-colored rectangle to the right and select "Woodwind Books and More-- Van Cott Information Services." They have the Ben Armato Opera excerpt book for sale now at a reasonable price.
Or go here http://www.vcisinc.com/clarinetmusicexcerpts.htm and scroll down to find it. It's the 12th book in the list.
Vol 11 of the Orchestral Musician's CD Library has some of Wagner's early operas.
