I recently tried a Buffet Tosca
I was confused with the use of the Low F correction key
and I can't find any information on how it is used
When you play low F do you use that key
and when playing clarion C use the normal key?
Do you use the Low F correction key when playing Low E also ?

You might be able to use it to correct a flat low E as well as the vent hole is located just above the tenon, but it might make the low E too sharp if the vent tonehole is too large. Try it and see if it works for you as low E and F are flat on most clarinets.
I'm not sure why they placed the vent tonehole that far down the lower joint and below the F/C tonehole when it's usually positioned slightly north of the F/C tonehole (the lowest tonehole on the lower joint) on most clarinets fitted with such a mechanism.
The Buffet Divine has this same low F vent key as well. Some Toscas and Divines from what I gather also offer a low E and F correction key.
Yamaha CSGIII have an Oehler system inspired low E/F correction key for the right thumb which has a semi automatic low F vent key that's open to bring low F up to pitch but closes when low E is played - the low E correction vent being a small tonehole just above the tenon.
Buffet Elites (now discontinued) could be ordered with a fully automatic low F correction mechanism as could Selmer Recitals - it was operated by the speaker key so didn't involve any new or special fingerings. Both makes had them working in a different way - the Elite had the mechanism linked to the top (pad cup) end of the speaker key whereas the Recital had it linked to the underside of the speaker key touchpiece.
The Backun MoBa has a fully automatic low F vent mechanism which is similar to the Selmer Recital mechanism.

Backun MoBa has only low F vent but no low E. If you want to correct low E, you can make a special order from Buffet or send your professional level instruments to factory to add a low E correction mechanism which adds a vent in the bell.

When playing low E you use the standard F key
When playing low F you use the low F correction key only
When playing Clarion C you use the standard key

Yes - nudge the vent key with the lower edge of your little finger.
You should be able to use that touchpiece on its own as it will close the F/C key with it, but probably best to nudge it open as I've heard from some players that they've mistaken that as the regular F/C key and went for an Ab/Eb and closed the true F/C key instead by accident.

When I tried the Tosca I initially did not use the low F correction key, once I found it and used it ,I was amazed how confused my finger became and
I could not find the proper key anymore
