Which one should I use on a Viotto German Mouthpiece and why? It is the N1 fit for a French-bored barrel.

WM Traditional is a proven combination with the N1 and N1+2.

Yes, the WM Traditional 2.5 and Viotto N1+2 is a good combination - try the WM Trad. 3 too, as N1 is a slightly closer facing.

Wm traditional 3 works mostly well with n1. Some harder ones may need work to be playable.
