Just a quick positive 'thumbs up' for the prompt service from the folks at Weiner Music (Fred, Simon, Mark, Sharon)
I needed a quick resupply of clarinet reeds after a busy summer of playing, and the reeds arrived (free shipping) in 24 hours. You really can't ask for much better than that.
As a long time customer, I have yet to ever have an ordering problem for clarinet supplies and accessories. Most items are always in stock and they do their very best to fill orders in a timely fashion.
Bravo and keep up the good work.

Just the opposite for me. I purchased a quantity of Buffet Bb single attache cases from them a couple of months ago by telephone for a customer of mine at a great price and they even waived the $12.00 shipping fee. Then a couple of weeks ago I needed an additional quantity for the same customer and after negotiation they added $9.00 per case for shipping ( I am located only 90 miles from them) and when I received them there was no Buffet Crampon logo embossed on the outside of the lid. A factory defect. Of course my customer would not accept them. I had an email from them specifying that they were in fact Buffet Crampon cases. When I called to return them they tried to say that their web site said that there was no Buffet Crampon logo on them which they added at some point possibly after they shipped them to me to try to cover their butts. After I had to push my case with the correct facts saying that I did not purchase them through the web site they agreed to the return saying that I had to pay the return shipping which cost me $41.00 which is unfair. I was supposed to receive a credit in the amount of $1192.00 according to the transaction under my account on their web site but yesterday the issued me a credit for only $1165.00. So it cost me $67.50 for their mistake. This is not a proper business practice and clearly shows that they do not care about their customers and only care about making as much money as possible in the short run. I have been and would have continued to purchase most of my products from them but after this experience I will use them to price match with their competition only.

I will strongly second Glenn's comments. I can't say I've gotten items the next day with their free shipping, but items are almost always shipped within 24 hours and I have them a day or two after that. Add an extensive website, making shopping very easy.

Had good luck with them ordering simple stuff. If you're into a German sound, they have AW reeds, although I don't think the cane is as good as Steuer or Leuthner. They had a booth at Clarinetfest--seemed to be nice people. One of the few places you can probably try out a low C Uebel bass.

I've heard similar stories from others; however, so far, I've had great service.
