 A 45 LeBlanc? mouthpiece

Can anybody tell me about an A 45 mouthpiece that came with my LeBlanc Sonata clarinet that I bought two years ago? I'd like to know what the facing length and the tip opening are...and any other important information if you happen to know anything. Thank you!

What strength reeds does it play well with?

Ken...that's the problem...it doesn't play well at all and we've tried a variety of reeds on it without much success.
