We have a Buffet R-13 clarinet in excellent condition. Serial # 171722.
Any idea what I'd get for a trade in?

I'd contact Professor Ginsberg at EL-Ginsberg@wiu.edu. Last I heard, he had a student looking to buy a used R13 due to the prices of new instruments. Might be worth pursuing to get more than a trade-in might offer?
