Does anyone have an opinion about ArtistWorks.com? I'd like to gain a better understanding of how the program works. Richard Morales appears to be their only clarinet teacher. I'm more than half-way through Rubanks' Advanced Book 2. Are these programs geared more toward professionals, or is it something that, in your opinion, I could benefit from. We're moving to a small town in central Kentucky, and there aren't many professional clarinet teachers. The closest teachers are in Lexington or Richmond, about 45 m to an hour away. Louisville is even further. I don't want to lose my momentum. I've already lost 43 years. I forgot how wonderful it is to play the Clarinet. My goal is to be able to play in a small ensemble or chamber group. I'm even kicking around the idea of starting an "all seniors" chamber orchestra some day when I'm much better. Thanks everyone. I have already learned a great deal about the clarinet and clarinet players from clarinet forum.

How about starting a New Horizons band? We have one going here in Boise. We started 5 years ago with about 25 people and we now have over 40 with new ones starting about every 3 weeks...it's fantastic! However, the chamber orchestra sounds very inviting! Best of luck.
