Looking for David Hite Mouthpiece Data

Ok, this is an odd question:

Does anyone have a lead on who may still have the large catalogue of mouthpiece measurements that David Hite put together?

Back in the day David put together and exhaustive log of all his customer's mouthpiece dimensions as well as the specifics of all the top players of the day who he met at clarinet congress gatherings.
