Delber, which model Noblet are you referring to?
Leblanc Paris instruments were built by Noblet, not the other way around--despite what G. Leblanc USA's marketing said.

Sorry, Chris, I should have said "built at the Noblet works". And, yes, it was owned by the Leblanc family after the last Noblet heir died. I've always thought of the Paris instruments as Noblet products and the USA instruments G. Leblanc creations.
Not unlike Vauxhall and Opel plants. At the end of the day, it's all General Motors now.
I need a good cup of tea.

There're a lot of leblanc clarinet.
If you find a Full Boehm, you can have a very professional clarinet.
I have full boehm leblanc L27and is very very powerful. It doesn't have those problem of out of tune how the people say. The fault is to find a original and adapted barrel. I awas lucky and I win a auction on ebay. and now i have a original leblanc barrel. I saw on internet some clarinettist who use leblanc (Like Buddy Defranco, Woody Herman, and Pete Fountain) and one use a Accu Bore barrel. I never tried but i think are good if you have problem of intonation and you have a problem to search a original barrel.

I humbly stand corrected regarding Noblet's relationship to Leblanc.
There is an odd lots shop in Escanaba, Michigan--about 40km from my parents' home--that inexplicably has UK-market tea. The boxes are a bit banged up and near the expiry date; however, the 160-count PG Tips boxes sell for $4.99 and the 80-counts run $2.99. And it's always buy one, get the second at 50% off.
There used to be Ty-Phoo there...but I've already gone through the whole lot.

The Leblanc/Noblet/Normandy/Vito hierarchy was one of the secret gems among clarinets as not many players went down the Leblanc route which is a shame as they were in my opinion much better instruments than Buffet.
I used to borrow a Noblet Artist clarinet from my boss when I was at school and it played every bit as well as a Leblanc LL. Also I had an old used Normandy come in for a service and that too played like a pro level Leblanc - very vibrant and wholesome to play.
Leblanc were the most adventurous makers in their day when it came to innovative and modern looking instruments - many of their ideas have been borrowed by other makers such as the in-line side/trill keys that set the toneholes above the midline of the bore to help reduce condensation blocking them, as well as the pads open and close directly onto them instead of moving in a more sliding motion on the more acutely offset toneholes. I was disappointed at the Concerto and Opus as they went for offset side/trill keys and players have experienced condensation problems with them that they never previously had on their older Leblancs.
While I had a Leblanc LL full Boehm, I've been so accustomed to playing large bore Selmers that I didn't feel very secure one evening when I used my Leblanc instead. Not saying it was a bad instrument, it didn't play how I expected it to as I should've really given myself more time to get reacquainted with it. But a former colleague of mine has since bought it and she absolutely loves it.
The keywork on Leblancs is built like a tank - also the trill keys are mounted separately so you'll never have the wobbly Bb trill key as most with the telescoping key barrels will suffer from. On clarinets fitted with a LH Ab/Eb lever, they have the same height pillars as the other LH levers so you won't have the LH Ab/Eb lever touching the sides of the other levers at the ends when at rest and in use as it pivots in the same line instead of at a slight angle to them.
