 What is this piece called?

Sorry to post this but this has been bugging me for a while.

I am wondering what the name of this piece is but can only remember the first line! I've attached a picture of the melody (probably in the wrong key). I remember is as being a wind band piece but may be mistaken. Any help would be great.

That is the theme from one of Tielman Susato's dances featured in the Danserye. Its the 7th movement of Patrick Dunnigan's band arrangement, titled Ronde & Aliud.

Is there another piece that uses this theme and does other stuff with it? Im sure it was a piece in its own right, not part of a suite.
