The Adjustable Barrels

More recently, I have been seeing more and more clarinetists playing with, what I believe to be are, adjustable barrels. Some notable clarinetists using what appears to be the same model are Wenzel Fuchs, Pascual Martinez Forteza, and Anthony McGill. A link to a video of Pascual Martinez Forteza and his barrel is below. Can anyone offer any guidance or extra information about these barrels and how to acquire one?
