 Noblet 45 Age?
Author: Ben Shaffer
Date:   2015-12-14 05:30

I recently bought a Noblet 45 from eBay.
i have not received it yet.
I wonder when it was made
The logo on the Noblet is Diamond shape with an N and a D in the logo.
The seller told me the serial number is 838.
It will come in a black leather case with part of the case covered in a light colored fabric.
Any idea when the Noblet was made, either the year or possible range of years?
I've looked at a few Clarinet serial number Pages on the Internet with no luck
Thanks!

Key work is identical to the mid-fifties Noblet Normandy models 7 and 10, and it's unplated. My best estimate would be from just after WWII to the early 1950s.

Noblets and Normandys from this era can be surprisingly good. I hope you hit the jackpot and found one that really sings, Ben!
