 Evette Bb Clarinet

I would appreciate any information available on an Evette clarinet I have including age, origin and possible value. It is stamped:
"Evette
Sponsored by Buffet
Paris France"
all within an oval that appears to be made of dashes instead of a solid line. The Lower Section has the serial number F18793 stamped on the back at the top. It appears to be made of a synthetic material (not wood), but has a very nice tone quality in both the lower and upper registers. Probably a student model. It needs to be re-corked at least the bottom of the top keyed section as well as the mouthpiece, but the pads appear to be in good shape even though the instrument is obviously an older model.

Thank you for any help you can provide for me.
