 Labar Artist clarinet

I have a Labar Artist Paris (stamp on clarinet) wooden clarinet. If has a serial number, don't know where to look. I can't find anything about it on the Internet. Want to know if it is worth refurbishing - pads corks etc for high school student to play. The clarinet has been well kept and is in excellent condition. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!
