For a long time I dream of performing Fantasie for clarinet and orchestra, op. 9 by Václav Felix and search for the orchestral score of it. In process of googling I've found just one score:

I've sent an e-mail to this library, but nobody's answered.
Most likely Fantasie by Felix has never been performed with orchestra by anybody except one Soviet clarinetist. Accordingly, there is only one audio record, of lo-fi quality, and it doesn't exist in the Internet. Because of it, almost nobody knows this outstanding masterpiece! And nobody can perform it, because nobody can get the score. I want to make this composition be heard by the world (or at least Kazan conservatoire wherein I study:)
Does anybody know how can I get this score? Even the publisher that has printed it hasn't got it.

Unfortunately this is just the piano reduction.
The OP wants the full orchestration which I suspect is only available via rental.
