Is Anthony going to continue at Peabody also?
That's would be a lot of teaching and traveling for someone with such a big playing position.

That's sure a surprise! Wonder if they asked someone like Shifrin? It must be one heck of an honor to teach there.

Please don't get me wrong here. I was thinking that David Shifrin could teach at Yale and Curtis. Both schools are not too far apart as far as distance.

Bonade was dedicated! Thats about double the distance or more from Cleveland to Philly as Yale is to Philly!
I surely hope McGill will do very well at Curtis. He seems to have a top ranked reputation.
Another great instructor that filled in at Cleveland when Marcellus went to Northwestern was Stanley Hasty. He went from Eastman to the Cleveland Institute for a year or 2, maybe longer? Not sure.
One interesting instructor is an oboe instructor at Michigan State, Dan Stolper also travels to Interlochen Arts Academy once a week. Maybe 250 miles? He's been doing this since the 1960's or so and still teaches! Kind of amazing.
