Аccubore is actually made of aluminum.
In my opinion (and experience), the material of the barrel matters much less than the bore dimensions. (My favourite sound was from lighter woods, but then the dimensional stability is some problem).

One of the older Leblanc barrels is the only one barrel that I have that has a larger top diameter. So the proper matching barrel for L27 may be a challenge.
Though in the old (pre-Symphonie) Leblanc A clarinet that we have, common R13-like barrels are reasonably OK
