Yes, those are for regular ol' B-flat clarinets.
The 2.25 Legere that I have on hand plays about like a 2.0 Vandoren Traditional, maybe even a little softer.

If you have a chance to try these reeds before you buy, then do that to be sure you get the right strength.

Keep in mind Legere does offer a onetime exchange for strength on reeds. I've used it in the past.
So a good plan might be to get a few reeds of different sizes all AROUND what you think you might need (for example, two 3.0, two 3.25, and two 3.5 of the same type). Then if you find out you like the 3.25, send the rest back with the receipt and request an exchange of strength to the 3.25. They'll send back four 3.25 reeds and you'll not have spent more money, but will have the size reed you need.
It's on their FAQ on their website if you want the details.

Not all mouthpieces play well with these reeds though, and not everyone ends up liking them. I'd be more cautious with ordering than Alexi suggests, unless money is no object. Personally I value having a couple of Legeres on hand to play on one of my back-up mouthpieces on those very rare "every reed is bad" days, but they don't work very well with my primary mouthpiece.
