Anyone know which firm was making [ C-pitch ? ] Albert-system [??] clarinets with wide ivory rings [?], before 1912 ??

Hi,
by the form of the barrel, I will say, it will be an english, yes an Albert system clarinet.
Maybe Boosey, Hawks,.........
