I have a Charles Bay mouthpeice I just bought. It is one of his newer ones that has the brown tint to it, and I was wondering if anyone uses, or has used that one to let me know what they thought of it. Thanks

haloo,
I am currently using a Charles Bay Mo-L with the brown tint you talk abt(wonder if its te same). looks the swirl-pattern of Vandoren 2tone but much finer and denser pattern.
it has a duckbill feature similar to Ralph Morgan's mouthpiece.

I think its a very fine mouthpiece.
works extremely well with a Vandoren 3.5 reed
nice round tone throughout the registers.
my only complaint is that my mouthpiece is quite sharp in tuning.442-443. my band tune at 440. anyway problem solve with some rubber hose washers found at hardware shop and a slightly longer Fobe barrel (67mm)
have you try out the Charles bay tuning barrel?? it looks quite weird in shape (like a hour glass)
