 mysterious mouthpiece-need help

certainly very old, plays very well. Two liagture rings at the bottom, one on top.
say W.A. BOEHM Buffalo N.Y. enclosed in a logo shaped just like the one on a kaspar.
i will post pictures if needed.. but that's about all there is to it. Let me know what you know.. i cannot find ANYTHING on it.. anywhere.
