I've done some searching around and have only found vague measurements for clarinet and sax mouthpieces. The mouthpiece in question says "Steel Ebonite" with a "G6" below it and "A Woodwind Co. New York" below that. It doesn't have any markings on the table, so I'm assuming it's been refaced. Regardless, it'd still be nice to know the original measurements. I can take picture if that would help.

This mouthpiece is not necessarily re-faced. The older Woodwind mouthpieces had the facings on the table, but starting in the early 1960's or so, they put the facing numbers on the back. Your facing is a medium facing , that should work well with Vandoren 3 reeds. These Woodwind Co. Bass clarinet mouthpieces are generally of high quality and are quite useable for most performing situations.

I Agree with Chetclarinet; independently what genre you will do you shouldn't reface a mouthpiece to reach a notes... for example i can reach quietly A7 with close mouthpiece or viceversa... The only think you can do is change the reed...
My suggest to refaced is when the edge or the worse the camera of mouthpiece is very ruined, if you do only to open the measure i won't recommend because isn't cheap, the cost could reach between 100 and 200 (one that can do it).
If you have, for example a Otto Link Sax Mouthpiece, you could reface it because Ottolink Sax Mouthpiece (especially Metal) aren't cheap and more people usualy reface it.
