I've done some searching around and have only found vague measurements for clarinet and sax mouthpieces. The mouthpiece in question says "Steel Ebonite" with a "G6" below it and "A Woodwind Co. New York" below that. It doesn't have any markings on the table, so I'm assuming it's been refaced. Regardless, it'd still be nice to know the original measurements. I can take picture if that would help.
