 R.Malerne clarinet help

Hi, I purchased an old R.Malerne Clarinet a while ago and would like some advice on identifying the model and if its worth any money at all as I simply don't have the time to learn to play it.

Please see images on my flickr page

All appears to be complete and goes together fine.

Thanks in advance

I've owned two Marlerne clarinets but have not seen one with markings like yours.
Marlernes seem to be decent instruments that are worth next to nothing in today's market.

Looks like a hard rubber Malerne to me, in generally good condition but in dire need of maintenance. Here in the USA, this would likely fetch between $30 and $60.

The Vandoren V360 mouthpiece, if undamaged, would add some value. Someone in need of this mouthpiece--which is no longer offered new-- might buy your clarinet just to get the mouthpiece.

Has it got a nickel silver lined top joint bore?

Hi Chris,

Please forgive my ignorance but which piece exactly are you referring too.

Chris means the piece nearest the handle when its in the case. On some hard rubber clarinets this part was lined with a metal sleeve. Easily visible if you shine a light down the tube.
