Hello, so I was looking at my mouthpiece and I saw that inside surface my mouthpiece looks like they are kind of scratched and I was wondering if it's normal for mouthpiece to look like this and if there is anything that I can do so my mouthpiece won't be like this. Thx!

Someone probably did some hand scraping to deepen the baffle more than the depth of the original blank. The riffling files used for this will leave marks on the baffle. The work would have been meant to improve the mouthpiece in some way. You don't mention what mouthpiece your new one is. If it's a mass-produced one that you bought online, like a Vandoren or a Rico/D'Addario, it may be that someone had it before you, tried to improve it and returned it when he didn't like the result. If it's a custom-made piece, the maker must have felt it needed the extra tweaking.

I agree with the idea that it was intentionally altered. What gives it MORE of a scraped appearance is the presence of some calcium deposits. Just soak in some lemon juice for 5 minutes, remove and flush with lukewarm water. Should look like new.
You DO NOT want to alter anything about the dimensions of the interior!!! Unless you think it plays too brigh (and or immediate), but that operation is better left to a mouthpiece refacer and it's not a do-it-yourself project.

Sorry, I didn't notice that you had attached a photo. It's a well-used-looking mouthpiece, so there's no telling if the work was done by the original maker or a previous owner. Do you know who the original maker was? I see the remnant of a logo next to the bottom of the table on the right but can't see it well enough to recognize it.

Unless you have some deep gouges or scratches, what you see may be OK.
Soak your MP, beak down, in a small glass of warm, soapy water, taking care to keep the cork out of the water. Rise and gently dry. Don't use a brush or run a swap through it. Should loosen and remove all but stubborn deposits.
Normally you will see some scratched or sandpapered look to the inside of most MPs. This is due to the final hand finishing using files and other abrasive materials. As a matter of fact, some makers actually brush the entire inside to texture the surface, the idea that it offers a better blowing characteristics.
