Can anyone tell me who Lefebre's main teachers were?

There have been a few Lefébvre and Lefévres in clarinet history, but I'm sure you mean Henri Lefébvre, Daniel Bonade's teacher.
Henri Lefébvre studied with Cyrille Rose at the Paris Conservatory. Rose played at the Paris Opera in the second half of the 19th century. Apparently a fine performer, but he dedicated himself mainly to teaching.
Among his other students can be mentioned: Henri Selmer, Paul Jeanjean and Louis Cahuzac.
Rose wrote some study books and I've read somewhere that he added the cadenzas to the Weber concertos.
Rose studied with H.E. Klosé, who together with August Buffet, invented the French Boehm system.

Although commonly refered to comercially as the Boehm system, it is more accurately described as the Klose system as Klose and Buffet were responsible for the majority of the improvements to create the modern French clarinet (with a bit of help from T. Boehm's mechanism as originally applied to the flute).

Thanks Greg for completing my post. Not being English speaking I couldn't remember the word "apply", so it bacame a little incomplete.
