I have used the trademark crayon but some is now in the woodgrain - any tips on how to remove it from the grain?

Isn't Mrs. Birdie nice? The video pretty much tells you what to do, but you might also consider using whatever will act as a solvent for the "crayon" and use a tiny drop on a needle to remove the color from the grain.
