 Accompaniment Music

On YouTube I found a video v=Cwl_w7Ao_eg called Denise Plays Stranger On The Shore clarinet solo, and it seems to have background music with it, while what looks like a PC webcam in a room records.
I was wondering where one would get such music-like if I wished to play a clarinet solo and record myself, where/how would I find musical accompaniment? Is such a thing available for download or anything? I have always just used a metronome or rhythm beat on a Casio or something but it would be great to have music that went with a song.
