 Need info on Fritz Fuhrmeister composer

Does anyone have information on the composer Fritz Fuhrmeister who wrote Gavotte and Tarentelle Op. 6 No. 1? (This is a woodwind quintet). We are playing this for an upcoming concert and I'd like to put something about the composer or piece in the program. All I can find is a reference that says he was born in 1862 and the piece was published in 1902.
