I am planning on playing the Debussy for an audition and the amount of time I have for the solo work is 3-4 minutes. Certainly, it would be my best choice to show off my sound, technique, and lyricism, but I cannot find any spots that work well to reduce the piece to fit the given time slot. I would love to hear any suggestions you can give me. Thanks.

Don't have the music handy, but I'd play the last two pages and as much prior as your time allows. There is no good "cut," but if you're determined to play it (not a piece I would choose, personally; even played brilliantly it doesn't sound as hard as it is) you want to preserve the excitement of the ending. If you do it well, the flow of the piece may make the jury forget where you started.

Play sections of the Concertino by Weber. It's arranged in a theme and variations format and would be very easy to splice up.

Time it. PLay the opening through the cadenza up to the high C or where the trills begin. Put a slight hold and cut to the Animi or number 10 depending on your edition, the fast trill section at the end.
