Richard Keilwerth Co in Germany, among other makers, produced some of these covered hole "saxophone fingering clarinets" ; they were intended to be very similar to saxophone fingering therefore I don't believe you will find any horns of this kind with open holes (rings). These horns are different from either plateau-key boehm clarinets or plateau-key Albert-system clarinets.
