Remarkable performance by McGill. I had the good fortune of seeing this program when the Philharmonic performed it, and it was astounding!

I have always admired McGill's playing; what a terrific player!

However, one of the funniest shredding I have ever heard occurred at the performance of a new John Williams composition at the 2009 Obama inauguration.
