According to our local music store, there are only 2 sources for the paper music folders used by bands and orchestras across the USA. Our local store is currently out of the band folders and won't have any in until right before school starts in the fall. Unfortunately, I need some right now. I did a google search and the only folders I found are very fancy...and quite expensive. Do any of you know where I can buy these paper band folders? Better yet, do you know the names of either of the two factories in the USA that print them so that we can custom order some? Thanks!

I was looking for folders recently for my own purposes and ran across this listing on the J.W. Pepper website: http://www.jwpepper.com/Malco-Concert-Band-Folder/9503830.item#.VXbjW0Z3Kao. The say the cost is $0. No picture available.
Beyond that, if you have a major music store (especially a national or regional chain) that deals with school music programs near you, they all have those folders, covered of course by their own advertising, and they can't all be out of stock. There are summer music programs in many schools that would need folders for their ensembles.
