i find this interessant object into the net and i would like know if could be used in my alto clarinet selmer bundy

You can get better sound or at least make it more powerful , or is outdated for my clarinet ?

It's not a standard piece of an alto clarinet. At a guess, it's a replacement liner for the top of the upper joint. The chance that it would improve your Bundy alto, or even fit into it, is small.
You'll be much better off with a better mouthpiece from, say, Grabner, Fobes or Garrett.

That's a Selmer Paris alto clarinet crook tenon which is soldered to the crook tube, definitely not a socket liner which on most wooden altos the top joint socket is usually left unlined. This won't fit a Bundy/Buescher/Selmer USA alto as the crook and socket on those altos is very different, having a metal sax type socket with locking screw as opposed to a corked tenon that fits into a regular socket as on Selmer (Paris), Noblet, Leblanc, Buffet and Yamaha altos.
