Buffet R-13 with B suffix

Hello all,

I have seen a few recent R-13's with the bell and barrel marked with "R13 B"
I have never seen R13 marked anywhere on older Buffets. Does anyone know what this started and what the "B" means? Thankls, Aaron

The B stands for Bb - The barrels and bells are different between the Bb & A.
Been going on for some years now.
R13s never have "R13" marked on them except sometimes on the barrels and bells
