Apply some oil on the surface of the bore around the watery tone hole, and also on the inner side of the hole. Do not wet the pad, and the rim where the pad touches the wood. Use a small brush. I use olive oil.
The oil film expels the water droplets running through the bore.

1) Swab more frequently. Do it as a prophylactic. This prevents those droplet channels from forming and dumping all the moisture they accumulate into the hole.
2) Oil can be applied to the inside of the bore in a pattern that will help direct the moisture away from the problem hole. There's probably a thread with detailed instructions on that somewhere on this board.
3) Use cigarette paper on problem holes to absorb excess moisture.
4) Good luck! Swabbing more frequently and habitually really helps those of us that are "moist' players. Some people don't seem to have these issues. This weekend I was fortunate enough to see Antonio Tinelli give a wonderful full length recital with no intermission. He never left the stage between numbers and never used a swab. He did use a cigarette paper two or three times to absorb moisture directly from a couple of those small upper joint holes like the side Eb/Bb. There's no way I could have managed such an evening without several good swabbings!

Force yourself to have gravity help you out a bit. Most of us just line up the reed with the octave key (if you are looking DOWN at your clarinet with the mouthpiece pointed straight at your eyes, we set the reed basically at "6 o'clock"), but I cock the table of the mouthpeice slightly to the left (more like "6:30") of the octave key. This way there is a greater tendency for the "river of condensation" to miss the "C#/G#" tone hole.

Do you mean "I have to play a solo in about one second, and I know the hole is full of water"? If there's zero time to blow it clear, then play G# as follows: Thumb * * O * * O - i.e. put down two fingers of the right hand. This G# is a bit stuffy, but it works. Infinitely better than bubbling. I think it's sharp for C# in the lower register, though, so maybe you'd also need to shade the 3rd RH hole.
But prevention is better than cure. If the instrument has a mind to put water in a hole, almost no amount of swabbing will prevent it getting its way. You have to disrupt the drainage channel, which means painting something greasy on the bore above the relevant hole. I find a dab of cork grease applied with the eraser end of a pencil does the job (for a while...).

I've had some success painting the inside of the tone hole and the area of bore around it with a silicon compound normally used for freeing zips. It comes as an aerosol, so I spray some into a cup and apply it with a long cotton bud.
