 selmer prologue II,,probably belong to which level instruments?

I came across a Selmer Prologue II.I want to konw which probably belong to which level instruments? R13 or E13.

E13 as these were Selmer's entry level clarinets that came in under the 10SII.

I just looked up the price of the Seles Presence clarinets and they're pretty much the same price as R13s, if not more expensive.
