I have an Evette Schaffer Modele Buffet Crampon Serial number B6116, Paris, France. I am having a hard time understanding the serial number information I have found. Can anyone please supply some information on the year this was manufactured and the "grade" of the piece? I would like to see this cared for appropriately.
