I've tried emailing him twice already this week about a mouthpiece I sent him for refacing over 2 weeks ago with no response to either email. Anyone know if he's just really busy or (hopefully not) ill? It's just slightly distressing to not hear from him at all...

Brad is usually incredibly diligent about returning emails, so I would go ahead and call him -- he includes a phone number in his emails still, doesn't he?
FWIW -- his Facebook page hasn't been updated since 10/23.

Thanks for the responses guys.
Yeah I noticed that his Facebook page hasn't been updated recently as well.
Funny I actually forgot I could call him, so I'll try doing that something within the next week. The good thing is that I have enough "backup" mouthpieces to play on

Hello everyone,
I appreciate your concerns. I am alive and well. Yes, busy - very busy. The past few weeks I have been traveling (Texas and Michigan). And for those of you who are interested, please have a look at our Facebook page where we will have photos of our recent trip to the University of Michigan, where both professors Dan Gilbert and Chad Burrow are using Behn Mouthpieces. We had a great tour, but unfortunately I came ill with food poisoning, and had to cancel some of our stops at the Detroit Symphony and other universities in the area.
I am back on the saddle now, and had to catch up on my teaching responsibilities at Oklahoma City University where I am the clarinet professor. Then yesterday, today, and tomorrow I have concerts with the OKC Philharmonic where I am the principal clarinetist.
This afternoon and the coming days I will catch up on my correspondences. I appreciate all of your patience, and I apologize for the delays in communication.
Please rest assured that any refacing projects, and mouthpieces which I have on the queue are safe and will receive my very close detailed scrutiny and service soon.
Sincerely,
Brad Behn
