Full Clarinet 21 keys - advice and opinions

hi, I'm mirko and i'm italian, I would like buy full clarinet with mib( Eb ) descending with alternate Eb position, that I have already a wooden clarinet, I want change because I think full clarinet is more better than other, but is it true?

in your opinion, it would be better to make an investment for a clarinet as the selmer series 9 or 21 buffet rc or amati, or is better spent for other clarinet?

I know is impossibile do classical conservatory, but I don't do classical, I do jazz, and I always wanted to have it, since the saw at a good price, plus or minus 100 €, I would love to have it, but I wish it were not useless, but that on the contrary, was very useful in my music career.
